Trout Dreams Catering was founded by Chef Mark McKie, a proud 22-year retired U.S. Air Force veteran and former cyber security Vice President whose discipline, precision, and global perspective now fuel a distinctly soulful culinary experience. After years of service and travel, Chef McKie returned to the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest with a mission: “Craft food that tells a story, honors the land, and brings people together.”
Drawing from both his military grit and culinary artistry, Trout Dreams Catering specializes in rustic-elegant menus inspired by the rivers, forests, and flavors of the region.
